Location at Hyatt Place was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory, with very good coffee. the food from Pour Taproom was delicious and reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable, room spacious and clean. Free shuttles were convenient for exploring.

Room felt bare, like a spacious ICU. Valet service had delays.

The Hyatt Place Charleston - Historic District is ideally located near Charleston's attractions and restaurants. The comfortable rooms and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi provided relaxation, complementing visits to nearby landmarks like the South Carolina Aquarium and Rainbow Row, enhancing our family bonding experience.

Impeccably clean hotel, well-trained and so very helpful stuff on every shift. Closet space and a chair available in the queen room. Warm continental breakfast provided with many good healthy options and oatmeal and cocktails.

the breakfast 🥞 was out of this world - wide variety on reusable plates. Dining options were great with a lovely bar area. Staff was 👌. Only downside: rooms were a bit worn.

Room hiccups couldn't dim our Charleston charm. Despite a funky room shuffle and lackluster breakfast, the city's sizzling food scene and cozy bed linens still spiced up our stay in the Holy City.

This hotel was cozy base for exploring Charleston, loved it and property’s so very helpful staff who management appears to force to serve hundreds of guests mostly alone. The location offered was unbeatable and comfortable very close to a convenience store as well as Charleston for. Also, Children's Museum of the Lowcountry was in direct proximity.

I always return to this amazing place. The staff kindly suggested local delivery options during my first stay. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, indoor pool, and air conditioning. Can't wait to come back for another weekend.

The view of the bridge from my room at Hyatt Place Charleston/Historic District was breathtaking. The sight of the sun setting behind the bridge was truly memorable. the indoor pool and water sports activities offered an enjoyable way to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city.

It made getting around with a stroller quite challenging.

Loved the customized service and beautiful accommodations. Exclusive access to Sterling Hall was a cherry on top. Oh, and the fitness center was perfect for blowing off steam!
